Consider this. How do all those asians get to Panda Express? Where do they come from, who hires them, who calls all their friends in China and invites them to come work for Panda Express? Cause truthfully, its just fast food. Good fast food, but still fast food. They could just as easily speak no English and work at McDonalds or Wendy's, but they all end up at Panda. The Mexican chains have Mexicans, and so on. Why? How?? Why??? The food really has nothing to do with it, cause its fast food. So why?
